This book is compiled by the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases. It consists of seven parts: Part 1 Influencing Factors on Cardiovascular Health, Part 2 Cardiovascular Risk Factors, Part 3 Community-based Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases, Part 4 Cardiovascular Diseases, Part 5 Rehabilitation of Cardiovascular Diseases, Part 6 Basic Research and Device Development of Cardiovascular Diseases and Part 7 Medical Costs of Cardiovascular Diseases. It selected representative, published and high-quality researches on cardiovascular health and diseases in China, including large sample cross-sectional and cohort epidemiological surveys, randomized controlled clinical trials, large sample registry studies, and typical cases of prevention and control in community. The content in this book is comprehensive, accurate, representative and authoritative. We hope it will provide references for the government to formulate relevant policies and for the healthcare professionals and medical students to engage in clinical practice and scientific research.
